Enhancing Spaces with Relaxation & Profitability

We currently have an operational space at Oeiras Parque, one of the most popular shopping centers in Greater Lisbon.

We started the operation with two Borealis massage chairs and, due to the consistent increase in demand, we recently added two more units.

The area is kept clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers, with circular vinyl mats that help define the space, Nayax digital payment terminals integrated into each chair, and a digital display with relaxing images that contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere.

In the first months of operation, we have observed rapid growth in usage and customer loyalty. Currently, about 40% of revenue already comes from recurring users, indicating a high level of satisfaction and consistent potential for continuous use.

We are Natália and Gadi Spero, and for us this project is a true passion — that rare combination of business and pleasure, which generates profitability while doing good for people.

It all started when we tried massage chairs for the first time, quite by chance, in a mall near our home. We were both delighted by the experience — "That was the best euro I've ever spent!" It was just that relaxing and invigorating.

We ended up going back to that mall many times specifically to enjoy those chairs. At the same time, we started to imagine how the experience could be even better.

From that idea Omni Relax was born — a project dedicated to creating elegant, clean, and inviting relaxation spaces, designed to provide real moments of rest.

Our goal is simple: to offer deep relaxation and well-being to as many people as possible, while creating real value for the spaces hosting the experience.
